Process-oriented support in the work context
Changes are imminent and you are looking for direction? Is the teamwork jolting, fluctuation and frictional losses are putting a strain on the team climate? Or are things going well and you want to make sure they stay that way? I am at your side supporting you as a supervisor.
With a variety of methods, I invite you to a moderated “time-out”. I support you in your reflections and visionary thinking. A moderated process creates an atmosphere that facilitates personal encounters and mutual understanding and gives room for new impulses.

I work with teams as well as in individual settings. Full-day workshops for team development are just as possible as regular appointments of 1.5 – 2 hours (in person or online).
