How I work

I draw on a variety of systemic methods for teams and individual settings. Working at eye level, intercultural awareness and creativity are particularly important to me. I work in a process-oriented way and set impulses to give space to the different needs of a group. I incorporate emotional and physical experiences to enable holistic understanding. I love to think in different languages. Humor is an empowering resource for me. I approach difficult things with ease and pay attention to the serious dimensions, such as existing power relationships.

Organizational matters

I live in Berlin and work throughout Germany and internationally, online and in person.
My working languages are German, English and Spanish.
For appointments in person, I can either come to you or offer rooms in Neukölln or Schöneberg.
