We may lose our course or lose access to our inner resources. For those who live in conflict regions, these questions often arise with particular intensity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In systemic coaching, I encourage people to broaden their own perspectives or support them in developing a focus on the essentials. This can provide support both in acute crises and as a preventative measure. It is often about grounding yourself, consciously using your own resources and reflecting on your actions.
